Vakti.net is operated by SKYMP LLC, based in New Jersey, USA, doing business as "Vakti.net". These terms govern the relationship between all users of the service and the operating company.
Vakti.net is a multi-industry customer communication and CRM platform for service businesses: contact management, appointments, WhatsApp/SMS/email messaging and automation, inbox, quotes, document requests, simple electronic signature, claims tracking, customer portal, AI assistant and analytics. The cloud edition includes a free plan with usage limits; unlimited use and self-hosted installations are subject to a separate enterprise agreement.
You must not do the following while using our service:
Contacts, messages, documents and other content you upload to the service ("Customer Data") belong to you. However:
For detailed information on how your personal data is collected, used, and protected, please review our Privacy Policy.
When processing data about your business's customers on your behalf, Vakti.net acts as a "processor" (GDPR Art. 28 / KVKK); the subject matter and duration of processing, security measures and sub-processors are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Businesses that require a written data processing agreement (DPA) may contact [email protected].
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty of any kind — express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, security, or data integrity — is given. You use the service entirely at your own risk.
For the people you add to your workspace (patients, clients, taxpayers, customers) you are the data controller; Vakti.net processes their data only on your instructions. Informing those people, obtaining the required legal basis or consent, meeting sector registration duties (e.g. VERBİS in Türkiye) and answering data-subject requests are your responsibility.
WhatsApp, SMS and email may be sent only to recipients who have agreed to receive messages from you. Compliance with commercial messaging, telemarketing and anti-spam laws is your responsibility, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the US, CASL in Canada, GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU, and e-commerce legislation and İYS in Türkiye.
The e-signature feature produces simple electronic signatures; signing time, IP address, device information and the consent record are retained as evidence and attached to the document. Vakti.net is not a party to the signed document; the content of the document, the identity of the signers and whether the chosen signature type is legally sufficient for your transaction are your responsibility. It is not suitable for transactions that require a handwritten signature, notarization or a qualified/advanced electronic signature.
Features such as the Vakti AI assistant, field suggestions and message sentiment analysis run on a third-party AI model provider (currently OpenAI, USA; the current provider is named in the Privacy Policy). Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; sending and saving actions happen with your approval and checking the results is your responsibility. AI outputs are not legal, medical or financial advice. Your data is not used to train general AI models.
Quotas and limits of the free plan (users, contacts, monthly sends, automations, e-signatures, AI requests, etc.) are published on the Plans page and may be changed with reasonable notice. When a limit is reached only new additions stop; your existing data is not deleted. Enterprise and self-hosted options are offered under a separate agreement.
The service is provided by a US company. Persons on US, EU or UN sanctions lists and users located in embargoed countries or regions may not use the service; you agree not to use the service in violation of export control laws.
If you believe content published through the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] containing a description of the work, the location of the infringing content, your contact details and a good-faith statement. Notices are handled under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law; accounts of repeat infringers are closed.
You may delete your account and workspace at any time from within the application; before deleting, you can export your contacts and records as CSV/PDF. When a workspace is deleted all Customer Data in it (including uploaded files) is deleted; backups are purged within 30 days at the latest. Records subject to a legal retention duty are kept only for the required period.
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they are subject to the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States (excluding its conflict-of-law rules) and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of New Jersey.
